Caging the Swarm

Free to Caged. In the original incarnation, we utilized a moth as the vehicle to carry us through this journey of becoming caged, with large bone props being an abstract representation of ‘ourselves.’ The thing that traps us is ourselves. Musically, we utilized many small ensembles and soloists - flute, alto flute, bass flute trio; Eb, Bb, Alto, Bass, and Contra Bass clarinets; and a trumpet, cornet, flugelhorn trio.

Copyright permissions for “KRWLNG” by Linkin Park ($180) and "My Body is a Cage" by Peter Gabriel ($180) must be secured before the show can be licensed. We can assist you with that for a fee.
